Before founding Tree Solutions, Brian Holloway spent years learning the tree care industry firsthand. What began as a high school firewood business eventually led to working alongside professional tree crews, where he developed the skills and experience — and a clear vision for how tree care should be done.
When Brian founded Tree Solutions in 2015, his goal was simple: build a tree care company where professionalism, safety, and customer service weren't afterthoughts; they were the foundation.
Now, nearly a decade later, that's exactly what Tree Solutions is.

Kaylyn Robert
Kaylyn joined Tree Solutions after a 10-year career in education. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Education and Special Education in 2016 and taught at both the preschool and middle school levels, specializing in math and special education.
Today, Kaylyn manages phone calls, scheduling, emails, and many of the company's day-to-day office operations. Her background in education helped develop the communication, organization, and problem-solving skills she now uses to keep the office running smoothly and ensure customers have a positive experience from their first call to the completion of their service.
Outside of work, Kaylyn and her husband, Josh, enjoy spending time with their two children. She is proud to be part of the Tree Solutions team and values the relationships she builds with customers every day.
Josh Robert
Josh has spent the past seven years with Tree Solutions after more than 10 years leading landscaping crews. With more than 17 years of experience in the green industry, he brings extensive knowledge of tree species and practical solutions for a wide range of tree care needs.
Josh earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and brings that same professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail to every customer interaction. He believes in educating clients, answering their questions honestly, and recommending the services that best fit their goals and property.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Kaylyn, and their two children. He is proud to be part of the Tree Solutions team and is dedicated to providing every customer with an exceptional experience.
